ABOUT THE COMPANY

We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves that M/s. RPJ Stamping is newly established in July 2015 and has the manufacturing facility situated at No.51/1D & Shop Site, Jeyam Nagar, Panruti Village, Oragadam Sriperumbudur. It is situated with the area of 4800 sq.ft.

Main activity of the company is manufacturing Tools for Press Components and manufacturing Stamping parts for various industries. It has the range of stamping metal thickness from 0.20mm to 10mm.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS OF THE COMPANY

Mr. C. Radhakrishnan and Mr. S.N. Ponnuswamy are the managing partners of the company who were having more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Tool development for Press Components and Stamping parts. Both of them were working with a European based Stamping company in the whole experience of 15 years.

Mr. Ponnusamy was working in the tool development in the company and he was a Deputy Manager – Tool Development while left the company. During his employment, he has developed more than 500 tools for automotive stamping parts. Who has a very good knowledge about the machining works and AutoCAD drawing which helps him to complete the tools on time with accuracy intolerance. He has been rewarded by the company for the accuracy intolerance and meeting out the customer timeline.

Mr. C. Radhakrishnan, who was a Maintenance Manager in the same company during his whole employment career and has the greatest knowledge about the Press Machines. He was the lead person in the company for selection of Press Machines to till installation. He has been rewarded by the company for his performance of not engaging any outside agency for installation of press machines and maintenance at any point of the situation during his career.

As the tool development and the maintenance of press machine is the key factor for producing stamping parts with accuracy intolerance and for on-time delivery of parts to the customer, and these persons are mainly from the specific area, they have the confidence to meet their customer’s requirement. Being working for more than 15 years in Stamping division, they know how to solve the each and every issue which will affect the part dimension and delay in delivery.

With this confident have joined their hands together to start a new business in the same field of Tool Development and manufacturing of Stamping parts with a high expectation of providing committed service and excellent quality of components to the customers.
